This training course presents a unique opportunity for executive level personnel (chief law enforcement executives and staff level command level personnel). The course facilitates a team approach in developing valuable take-aways” in the form of action plans, enhanced communications, and consensus on internal/external organizational issues.
The course of study exposes participants to the key elements necessary for well-planned organizational change. A variety of topics and techniques will be covered that will prepare participants to engage in values-based leadership that will foster rewarding relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The focus of the training course will serve to facilitate executive-level strategic planning and analysis.
