Ever wanted to join one of our popular group exercise classes but want to get a feel before committing to a full class? Come to our Group Exercise Sampler on February 24 from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and test out those classes you've been wanting to take!
During this event, we will have new classes running every 30 minutes; with each sampler class running for 25 minutes. Classes range from Zumba, Boot Camp, R.I.P.P.E.D, RUMBLE, Barre, Cardio, Strength, Bosu/Kettlebell, Yoga, PiYo, Pilates, MoveStrong, Cycle, and more!
During this time, we will also have a reception/social taking place for participants to talk with other members and instructors. This sampler is free and open to members and the public!
